Arturo Barbosa
Arturo is a partner in VMNO and its founder. Arturo is renowned for his 25 years of strong Telecom technical know-how and business acumen.
Before setting up VMNO Telecom, Arturo was Head of Operations and Negotiation in several ventures in the MVNO space.
He has provided consultancy in the telecom industry in various functions in the last few years. He has a deep knowledge of the mobile industry, where he participated in the launch of many MVNOs in Latin America as an expert in mobile network integrations (MNO, MVNE, MVNA and MVNO), VoLTE and IoT complex solutions.
He is a specialist in management and negotiations, operational strategy, technology assessment, and customer service, and an excellent C-level sales professional.
He loves music and movies.
Ernesto F. Di Marco
Ernesto is a partner in VMNO. He has worked in telecommunications for 24 years in Satellite, PSTN, Mobile and MVNO space.
Growth in the Telecom division of Finmeccanica, he has collaborated for years with TIM S.p.A in Italy and provided consultancy to MVNOs and MVNAs in the USA, Latam and Asia as head of market analysis and business planning.
He combines expertise in marketing and finance with a deep knowledge of network and internet technologies. Market analysis, due diligence, business planning, digital marketing channel integration strategy and web design are his domain of competencies.
Holding a set of Master’s degrees and certifications in management and digital marketing, he has a true passion for research and development of projects.
He is also a football player, a diver and a guitarist.
